Viet Vo Da House will have the pleasure to perform an "open improvisation" with Tran Quang Hai during the Mela Oslo festival.

Tran Quang Hai, ethnomusicologist, composer, musician, expert on overtone singing, has been working at the Music Department of the Musée de l'Homme in Paris since 1968.
He has given more than 3,000 concerts in 70 countries around the world & performed in more than 130 international music festivals.

Ve Nha is a stunning mixture of traditional Vietnamese music with Electo and Hip Hop Beats created by two French gentlemen by the names of Christian Bouaziz, a jazz-rock aficionado and Patrick Genuite, who is passionate about electronic sounds. With the help of Up-coming Vietnamese artist like rapper Tien "Rolling" Dat who lays down a tour de force performance on "Kakiticom", Ngo Thuy "Smiley Face" Bich deliver a haunting, Stereolab-ish performance on "Coc Ly & Co".
